“Renewable Energy Expo 2025” is the 23rd exhibition in the world of renewable energy, aimed at promoting and demonstrating the latest achievements in the field of alternative energy sources and related technologies.
This forum attracts the world’s largest manufacturers, suppliers, researchers and specialists to discuss innovations, trends and opportunities in the field of green energy.
1.1 To participate in the exhibition it is necessary to:
– to submit an application for participation not later than one month before the exhibition;
– agree with the Organizer on the stand plan not later than one month before the exhibition;
– to conclude a participation agreement not later than one month before the exhibition;
– make payment according to the contract;
1.2 The participation fee includes:
– registration fee
– the cost of exhibition space: the cost of additional equipment and services;
1.3 Reservation of a place is made after payment of 30% of the total cost of the exhibition area within 3 days after signing the contract.
1.4 Payment shall be made in Euro and Tenge.
1.5. Applications received later than 30 days before the exhibition will be accepted if space is available.
1.6 The Organizer reserves the right to place exhibition stands on the basis of the general planning in the order of payment, taking into account, as far as possible, the wishes of the Exhibitor.
1.7 It is strictly forbidden to place exhibits and advertising objects outside the stand (aisles and other premises) without the Organizer’s permission.
Registration fee: 360 euro.
The registration fee is mandatory for each exhibitor and includes:
– registration of the company as an Exhibitor
– placement of information about the Exhibitor in the official catalog of the exhibition;
– provision of 1 badge for every 3 m² of the ordered area;
– general security regime, cleaning of aisles, utilities.
Cost of 1 m² of equipped area: 270 euro.
Equipped exhibition area of 9 m² includes:
– fencing with wall panels;
– carpeting on the stand;
– a frieze with an inscription approved by the Exhibitor on each open side of the stand;
– podium 100x50x100 cm
– 1 table, 3 chairs;
– lighting – 2 LED 30W;
– 1 electric socket (1 kW);
– 1 waste basket.
In case of change of area the stock of standard equipment changes disproportionately!
Cost of 1m² of unequipped area: 240 euro;
Unequipped exhibition area – marked floor area without wall constructions, without electricity connection and without carpeting. Only specialized companies accredited by the IEC are entitled to build a stand (exclusive) on the unequipped area. The time of arrival at the exclusive stand shall be agreed upon with the builder and the exhibition organizer.
The space provided to the Exhibitor may not be subleased without the written permission of the Organizer.
All prices include taxes.
1. To pay for participation in accordance with the terms specified in the Contract.
2. The Exhibitor shall bear material responsibility for damage to the exhibition equipment and property of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor shall be responsible for the serviceability of the electrical equipment connected to the socket.
3. The Exhibitor shall be responsible for the serviceability of the electrical equipment connected to the socket.
4. The Exhibitors shall comply with the fire safety rules.
5. Exhibits shall be taken out with the written permission of the Organizer after the closing of the exhibition.
6. The Exhibitors shall not have the right to remove exhibits from their stands before the end of the exhibition.
